Roasted Yeast Loaf Slices

Ingredients

  • 0.5 lemon
  • 300 g Low-fat quark
  • 3 tbsp mint syrup
  • 2 stems Mint
  • 750 g strawberries
  • 75 g pistachio nuts
  • 400 g yeast loaf

Instructions

    Squeeze the lemon. Whisk 2 tbsp juice with quark and mint syrup until smooth.

    Wash, dry, and shake off the mint. Remove leaves, finely chop, and mix into the quark.

    Wash, clean, and halve the strawberries.

    Coarsely chop pistachios.

    Slice the yeast loaf and briefly grill each side until golden. Spread quark on each slice, top with strawberries, and sprinkle pistachios.
