Ingredients

  • 500 ml milk
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 3 tbsp sugar (more or less to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • 5 strawberries
  • 0.5 Banana
  • 1 handful of sea buckthorn berries

Instructions

    Whisk the milk with the yogurt and sugar, then blend each third with washed or cleaned and peeled fruits plus 2-3 ice cubes in a blender until smooth.

    Fill glasses with 3–4 ice cubes and serve with straws.
