- 300 g Strawberries
- 1 Banana
- 2 sprigs Mint
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 100 g quark
- 400 ml Buttermilk

Wash and trim the strawberries, then cut them into pieces. Peel the banana and slice it. Rinse the mint leaves, shake dry, and pluck them off the stems. Combine the strawberries, banana, honey, lemon juice, quark, and a splash of buttermilk in a blender and puree until smooth; add more buttermilk until the shake is creamy.
