A berry protein shake is a perfect fitness recipe – quick to make, healthy and with fresh ingredients.
Ingredients
- 75 ml kefir
- 50 ml low-fat milk
- 1 tbsp whey protein powder (sports nutrition)
- 60 g strawberries (or raspberries)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp liquid honey

Wash the berries and blend them with honey and lemon juice.

Add the protein powder and milk, mix thoroughly, then top up with kefir, stir, and pour into a glass. Serve immediately.
