Ingredients
- 6 feigs
- 1 pineapple
- 150 g Strawberries
- 150 g cherries
- 150 g blueberries
- 150 g blackberries
- 150 g raspberries
- 1 Pomegranate
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp honey
- 40 ml orange liqueur
- 150 ml whipping cream

Quarter the figs.

Peel the pineapple, remove the core and dice it.

Wash, trim, and cut strawberries in half or quarters depending on size.

Wash cherries and leave whole or pit them as desired.

Wash blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries and pat dry.

Pit the pomegranate.

Whisk lemon juice with honey and orange liqueur and gently fold into the fruit (except for pomegranate seeds). Let sit about 10 minutes, then transfer to bowls. Whip cream to half‑stiff peaks and dollop a spoonful onto the fruit salad. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds before serving.
