Fruit Salad with Parmesan

Ingredients
- 0.5 head lettuce
- 1 pineapple
- 3 oranges
- 400 g Strawberries
- 3 tbsp fruit vinegar
- juice of one lemon
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp nut oil
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- 150 g parmesan (fresh grated)
Instructions

Wash, clean and remove the core from the lettuce, then arrange on a large platter or plates.

Peel the pineapple, quarter it, cut out the core and dice it.

Peel the oranges, also trim off the white pith with a sharp knife, slice into segments and catch the juice. Add any remaining fruit flesh by pressing it in.

Wash, clean and quarter the strawberries.

Combine pineapple, orange segments and juice, and strawberries (except some for garnish) with vinegar, lemon juice, honey and oil. Fold in the cheese, leaving some slices for garnish, season with salt and cayenne pepper, and let rest 10 minutes.

Serve on lettuce leaves, garnished with parmesan slices and remaining strawberries.
