Fruit Salad with Eggs

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 small orange
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pear
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 150 g Sour cream
  • 200 g pineapple chunks (with a little juice from the jar)
  • Salt
  • Pepper (from the grinder)
  • 4 white bread slices

Instructions

    Boil eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes until hard. Briefly blanch tomatoes, shock them, peel, quarter, deseed and cut into wedges.

    Peel cucumber, halve lengthwise and deseed. Peel orange and cut together with cucumber into small pieces.

    Shock boiled eggs in cold water and peel. Peel apple and pear, deseed and cut into small pieces as well.

  4. 4.

    Whisk mayonnaise with sour cream and fold all ingredients in. Separate yolks from the eggs and crumble them on a plate.

    Season salad with salt and pepper and distribute into bowls. Sprinkle with egg crumbs. Toast white bread slices, cut into 1 cm strips and insert beside the glass bowls.
