Ingredients

  • 2 chicory heads
  • 200 g low‑fat cream cheese
  • 1 honeydew melon
  • 200 g strawberries
  • 4 tbsp oatmeal flakes

    Clean the chicory, split into leaves, wash, dry, and arrange in a star shape on two plates. Top with dollops of cream cheese. Halve the honeydew, remove seeds, and use a melon baller to scoop out flesh, leaving a small rim. Peel kiwis (if using) and slice the flesh. Wash strawberries, trim stems, and cut into smaller pieces if desired. Fill the hollowed honeydew halves with melon balls, kiwi slices, and strawberries.
