Fruit Salad with Apple, Pomegranate and Walnuts

Ingredients

  • 5 Oranges
  • 2 large apples
  • 2 tbsp orange blossom water
  • 1 Pomegranate
  • 50 g walnut kernels

Instructions

    Halve the oranges and squeeze out the juice.

    Peel the apples, quarter them, remove the cores and finely grate. Mix with orange juice and orange blossom water.

  3. 3.

    Cut a wedge-shaped piece from the base of the pomegranate. Hold the fruit over a bowl and gently press to break it apart; the seeds fall out. Remove any light membranes.

    Chop the walnuts and mix with the pomegranate seeds and apples. Divide the mixture into four glasses and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
