Delicious refreshment for the summer party: try the fruit punch from Spoonsparrow.
Ingredients
- 400 g grapes
- 300 g blackberries
- 300 g raspberries
- 1 Lime
- 1 l dry chilled white wine
- 300 ml white rum
- 1 bottle sweet chilled sparkling wine
- 2 glasses ice cubes
- sugar syrup (to taste)
- orange slice (for serving)
Instructions

Wash the grapes and pluck them from the stems. Wash the berries and pat them dry.

Cut the lime in half and squeeze out the juice. Place the fruit in a large glass bowl and pour over the chilled white wine and rum, letting it steep for 20 minutes. For serving top with sparkling wine and add the ice cubes. Adjust sweetness with sugar syrup and serve in glasses garnished with orange slices.
