Ingredients

  • 1 bottle cold sparkling wine
  • 1 bottle white wine
  • 80 ml Grand Marnier
  • 250 g currants
  • 250 g raspberries
  • 0.25 Cucumber
  • 1 lemon (unwashed)
  • 4 mint sprigs

Instructions

    Clean and rinse the berries. Wash the cucumber and slice it. Rinse the lemon under hot water and slice it as well.

    Place the berries, cucumber, lemon, and mint in a punch bowl, pour over Grand Marnier, then add white wine. Chill for 4 hours. Before serving stir in sparkling wine and enjoy the chilled berry punch with wine and sparkling wine.
