The fruit jelly without sugar from Spoonsparrow comes with only a few ingredients and tastes good again and again.
Ingredients
- 1 large can mixed fruits (fruit cocktail, 720 g, no sugar)
- 150 ml cherry juice
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 8 sheets gelatin
Instructions

Soak the gelatin in cold water for 10 minutes.

Heat the cherry juice (do not boil) and dissolve the gelatin in it.

Add the canned fruit to a bowl and pour in the lemon juice; then add the cherry‑gelatin mixture and stir well.

Spoon the mixture into small molds, glasses or bowls, distributing the fruit evenly among all portions.

Place the molds in the refrigerator and let the fruit jelly set for 4–6 hours.
