Ingredients
- 12 sheets white gelatin
- 1.2 l light grape juice
- green food coloring (liquid)
- red food coloring (liquid)
- yellow food coloring (liquid)
- 30 g cornstarch
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 600 ml Milk
Instructions
-
1.
Soak the gelatin sheets. Pour the grape juice into a bowl. Prepare three square molds (about 400 ml each). In a small pot, add the gelatin with a few drops of water and melt over low heat while stirring; do not boil. Stir the melted gelatin into the grape juice. Divide the liquid into thirds and pour each portion into its own bowl. Color one portion green, keep it cold. Color the second portion red, the third yellow. Chill until set. To serve, briefly dip the mold in hot water, loosen the gel at the edge with a knife, transfer to a cutting board, and cut into cubes.
