Ingredients
- 50 g Raspberries
- 2 oranges
- 1 Banana
- 40 ml coconut liqueur
- 3 tbsp unsalted peanuts
- 4 ice cubes (crushed)
- 2 baby pineapples
- 2 mangoes
- 1 Papaya
- 1 Banana
- 2 tsp cane sugar
- 40 ml dark rum
- 300 ml orange juice
- Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Sour cream

Peel the oranges thoroughly with a knife, remove the white pith and cut out the segments, catching the juice and squeezing the remaining pulp. Peel the banana and cut it into pieces. Wash, rinse, and pat dry the raspberries. Combine the fruit with ice, liqueur, and peanuts in a blender and blend until smooth. Add a splash of orange juice if desired.

Peel the pineapple, quarter lengthwise, remove the tough core, and dice small. Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh from the pit. Peel the papaya, halve it, remove seeds, and dice small.
