Ingredients

  • 600 ml clear apple juice
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 300 g blackberries
  • 2 handfuls ice cubes
  • 300 ml cold sparkling mineral water
  • vanilla pods (for garnish)

Instructions

    Let the apple juice simmer gently with the split vanilla pod for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the honey. Rinse the blackberries, drain them and add about 100 g to the punch. Mash with a potato masher and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

    After chilling, strain through a sieve to remove the berries and vanilla. Fill glasses, add ice cubes, top with remaining blackberries and cold water. Garnish with vanilla pods if desired and serve.
