Ingredients
- 50 g Raspberries
- 2 oranges
- 1 Banana
- 40 ml coconut liqueur
- 3 tbsp unsalted peanuts
- 4 ice cubes (crushed)
- 2 baby pineapples
- 2 mangoes
- 1 Papaya
- 1 Banana
- 2 tsp cane sugar
- 40 ml dark rum
- 300 ml orange juice
- Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Sour cream

Peel the oranges thoroughly with a knife, remove the white pith and cut out the segments, catching the released juice and squeezing any remaining pulp. Peel and chop the banana into pieces. Wash, deseed, and pat dry the raspberries. Place the fruit, ice, liqueur, and peanuts in a blender and blend until smooth; add a splash of orange juice if needed.

Peel the pineapples, quarter them lengthwise, remove the hard core, and chop finely. Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh away from the pit. Peel, halve, seed, and chop the papaya.
