Strawberry-Pineapple Punch

Ingredients
- 200 g strawberries
- 1 pineapple
- 1 bottle dry chilled white wine
- 20 ml strawberry syrup
- 40 ml white rum
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 bottle dry chilled sparkling wine

Wash, clean, and chop the strawberries. Peel the pineapple, cut it into long wedges, remove the core, and slice into rounds. Place everything in a punch bowl. Mix with half of the white wine along with strawberry syrup, rum, sugar, and lemon juice. Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour.

Add the remaining white wine and sparkling wine, stir well. Serve chilled.
