Ingredients
- 1 coconut (with plenty of water inside)
- 10 ml coconut syrup
- 40 ml rum
- 40 ml soda water
- 20 ml lime juice
- 1 large glass of crushed ice

Pierce the coconut and pour its water through a sieve into a shaker. Crack open the shell, slice the flesh into strips, and either eat or airtight-pack the unused pieces to prevent drying out and reuse them quickly.

Add the coconut water, syrup, rum, soda water, and lime juice to the shaker, shake vigorously. Distribute the remaining crushed ice over two glasses and pour the cocktail on top. Garnish with a coconut slice and straw before serving.
