Ingredients

  • 800 g waxy potatoes (cooked, leftover)
  • 350 g boiled beef
  • 100 g smoked ham (sliced)
  • 2 vegetable onions
  • 2 tbsp clarified butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 0.5 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 2 tbsp marjoram
  • 250 g Cherry Tomatoes

Instructions

    Peel the potatoes and slice them into rounds. Cut the beef and ham into strips. Peel the onions, halve them lengthwise, and cut into wedges.

    Heat the clarified butter in a large pan and quickly brown the ham and onions. Remove and set aside.

    Add the remaining clarified butter to the pan. Fry the potatoes for about 10 minutes until crisp. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and marjoram.

    Stir in the ham-onion mixture and beef, then cook for another 5 minutes. Wash the tomatoes, cut them crosswise, and add them. Reheat everything thoroughly and adjust seasoning. Serve directly from the pan.
