Ingredients

  • 800 g firm potatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Sea salt

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Peel, wash, pat dry the potatoes, quarter them and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  2. 2.

    Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan; gas: level 3) for 30–35 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown.

    Remove from the oven, arrange on a platter and serve the fried potatoes sprinkled with sea salt.
