Ingredients

  • 300 g potatoes (waxy)
  • vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Salt
  • white pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Peel the potatoes and slice them into evenly thin wavy slices with a vegetable peeler. Immediately place in cold water and let soak for 20 minutes. Drain, pat dry with paper towels, and fry in hot oil at 180 °C in batches until crisp.
