Ingredients

  • 4 red bell peppers
  • 2 red onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • a few spritzes lemon juice
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper

Instructions

    Quarter the bell peppers, clean them, rinse, and cut into wide strips. Peel the onions and slice into rings. Peel the garlic and slice into thin rounds.

    Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Sauté the bell pepper strips for 3-4 minutes; after 1-2 minutes add the onion rings and garlic slices. Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
