Fried Gambas with Olives

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Becel Gold
  • 4 fresh peeled gambas
  • 10 black pitted olives
  • 3 sprigs parsley
  • Juice of a quarter lemon
  • peppercorns
  • 2 pinch salt
  • Baguette

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Crush peppercorns. Remove the gut from the gambas. Chop the olives.

  2. 2.

    Pan‑fry the gambas and olives in Becel Gold on both sides for several minutes over medium heat. Add lemon juice, salt, and parsley at the end.

    Serve immediately. Best with ciabatta.
