Ingredients
- 500 g fish roe
- 4 tbsp flour
- 250 ml oil
- 1 onion
- 2 red peppercorns
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- rice wine
Instructions

Clean the roe, drain it, then dust it with flour.

Heat the oil in a wok and fry the roe until golden brown. Remove and drain; reserve 1 tablespoon of oil in the wok.

Peel and finely chop the onion, clean and slice the peppercorns. Roast both in the reserved oil for about 2 minutes. Add lemon juice, salt, and rice wine to taste, stirring for about 1 minute.

Finally add the roe back and stir the dish for another minute.
