Cheese Omelette

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 120 g mozzarella
  • 120 g fontina
  • 120 g Bergkäse
  • 120 g gouda
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 spring onions (only the green parts)
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to grill mode.

  2. 2.

    Whisk the eggs with the cream. Dice the mozzarella, fontina, Bergkäse and gouda into small cubes and mix together.

    In a hot pan melt a little butter and pour in 1/4 of the egg mixture. Add 1/4 of the cheese blend on top and place under the grill for 2-3 minutes until melted. Repeat to cook all four omelettes.

    Wash, trim and slice the spring onions into rings.

    Fold each omelette once, sprinkle with spring onion rings, lightly pepper and serve.
