Ingredients
- 1 small savoy cabbage head
- 1 large onion
- 500 g starchy boiling potatoes
- 4 Carrots
- oil (for sautéing)
- 400 g smoked pork
- 1.5 l meat broth
- 1 bunch parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Clean the cabbage, remove outer leaves, halve it and cut off the core in a wedge shape. Wash, dry, and slice the leaves into strips. Peel and finely dice the onion and potatoes. Peel the carrots and cut them into slices.

Heat oil in a wide pot and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the cabbage, potatoes and carrots to the onions and cook for 4 minutes.

Pour in the meat broth, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, cube the smoked pork, add it to the soup and simmer for another 10 minutes. Season the soup with salt and pepper.

Wash the parsley, finely chop it and sprinkle over the soup.
