Ingredients
- 800 g feta
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 80 g ground hazelnuts
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- oil for frying
- dill sprigs
- 1 cucumber
Instructions

Cut the sheep cheese into 24 roughly 2 cm cubes.

Whisk the eggs with oregano and pepper in a shallow dish.

In another shallow dish mix the hazelnuts and breadcrumbs. Coat each cheese cube first in egg, then in the breadcrumb mixture.

Heat oil in a pot to a high temperature and fry the cubes in batches until they float and turn golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Slice the cucumber into 24 rounds, place the fried feta cubes on top, and garnish with dill sprigs.
