Ingredients

  • 1 kg tofu
  • 4 tbsp light soy sauce (60 ml)
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 pinch ground ginger
  • 1 handful coriander (5 g)
  • 50 ml peanut oil (for frying)
  • 200 g paprika puree
  • 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • Chili peppers to taste
  • 1 garlic clove (pressed)

Instructions

    Cut the tofu into cubes and marinate with soy sauce, ginger, and honey for at least 30 minutes.

    Mix all dip ingredients together and season. Wash coriander, shake dry, pluck leaves, and finely chop.

    Remove tofu from the marinade, drain, and fry in hot oil over medium heat until crispy and golden brown on all sides. Fold in coriander. Plate the fried tofu with the dip on small plates and serve.
