Fried Chicken Strips with Vegetables

Ingredients
- 400 g chicken breast fillet
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 piece fresh ginger (3 cm)
- bell peppers (1 red and 1 green)
- 200 g fresh sugar snap peas (halved)
- coriander ½ tsp ground
- cumin ½ tsp ground
- 300 ml chicken stock (glass)
- Salt
- pepper from grinder
- 4 tbsp sweet-sour chili sauce
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- fresh coriander leaves

Cut the chicken meat into bite-sized pieces. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Peel and finely chop the ginger.

Sauté the onion and garlic for 3 minutes, add the chicken and let it brown, then add the bell peppers, sugar snap peas, ginger, and ground spices; continue sautéing for 30 seconds. Pour in the chicken stock and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes until the liquid is almost fully reduced. Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and chili sauce, and garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
