Ingredients
- 2 beef steaks (about 200 g)
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 4 tbsp oil
- paprika peppers (one large red and one green each)
- 1 large vegetable onion
- 2 Garlic cloves

Wash, clean, halve, seed, remove all white membranes from the paprika and cut into strips. Peel, halve and slice the onion into strips. Peel and finely chop the garlic.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and sauté the onions until translucent, add garlic and paprika and cook for 2-3 minutes, then pour in 1/2 cup water, cover and simmer for about 5 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Season the meat with salt and pepper and cook in hot oil in a grill pan or on a hot grill for about 5 minutes per side. Remove and cut into strips.

Arrange the meat strips over the vegetables for serving.
