Ingredients
- 500 g strawberries
- 2 EL Crème de Cassis
- 1 EL mint
- 1 packet gelatin
- 75 g sugar
- 250 g kefir
Instructions

Rinse, clean, and halve the strawberries. Mix with liqueur and mint leaves. Cover and refrigerate.

Prepare the gelatin according to instructions using only 75 g sugar and 400 ml water. Let cool, then refrigerate until slightly set. Stir the gelatin vigorously and fold in the kefir. Refrigerate again. Whisk the forest mint cream and fill glasses with it together with the strawberries.
