Filled Focaccia

Thanks to the herbs, wonderfully aromatic and healthy: try Spoonsparrow's filled focaccia!
Ingredients
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 4 basil leaves
- 4 chives stems
- 40 g black olives (pitted)
- 1 large focaccia (~300 g)
- 2 tbsp red pesto (jar)
- 200 g alpine cheese (thin slices)
- 180 g Parma ham
- chives (for garnish)
Instructions

Wash and dry the spinach, basil, and chives.

Cut the olives into rings. Slice the focaccia horizontally and spread a thin layer of pesto on the underside.

Layer alternately with cheese, ham, olives, spinach, and herbs. Cut the filled focaccia into pieces and serve garnished with chives as desired.
