Ingredients
- 10 g fresh yeast
- 250 g flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil (and oil for baking tray)
- 4 Spring Onions
- flour (for work surface)
- 200 g light cream
- 100 g diced breakfast bacon
Instructions

Dissolve the yeast in about 100 ml lukewarm water. Add the flour, salt and sunflower oil. Knead until the dough is smooth; add a little more flour or water if needed. Shape into a ball and let rise covered for about an hour in a warm place.

Clean and wash the spring onions, then slice them into thin rings.

Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F) with both fan and top heating.

Knead the dough again, divide it into four pieces (or keep it whole), roll each out thin on a floured surface, and place on an oiled baking tray. Spread the light cream over the dough, distribute the bacon cubes evenly, leaving a narrow border. Sprinkle with spring onion rings. Bake in the hot oven for about 10 minutes until crisp.
