Ingredients
- 1 small onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp black curry powder
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- 150 g yogurt
- Salt
- black pepper
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 6 stalks chives
Instructions

Peel the onion and garlic, finely dice them and sauté in hot oil until translucent. Sprinkle with curry powder and cook briefly. Add the stock or broth, stir in the thickener, bring to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Remove the sauce from heat, fold in the yogurt. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Keep warm but do not let it boil again.

Wash the chives, dry them, cut into fine ribbons, and fold in at the end.
