Ingredients

  • 4 schnitzel (veal)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp whole wheat flour (for coating the schnitzel)
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 150 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 50 g butter (very cold)

Instructions

    Season the schnitzels with salt and pepper, then coat lightly in flour. Fry the schnitzels in rapeseed oil in a pan over medium heat for about 5–6 minutes on each side.

    Remove them, deglaze the pan with balsamic vinegar and add honey; simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.

    Take the pan off the stove, whisk in the cold butter. Season again with salt and pepper. Serve the schnitzels drizzled with the Balsamic sauce.
