Ingredients
- 400 g puff pastry
- Mehl (for the work surface)
- 40 g chives
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 400 g quark (20%)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 handfuls arugula
- 60 g fresh parmesan

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan.

Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to match the size of the baking sheet. Line the sheet with parchment paper and place the pastry on top. Wash, dry and cut the chives into rings. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Mix the quark with olive oil and chives until smooth; season with salt and pepper. Spread this mixture over the pastry and top with tomatoes. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile wash and spin-dry the arugula. Distribute it over the freshly baked tart and grate parmesan on top.
