Ingredients

  • 500 g fish sticks (frozen)
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 small white onions
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tsp dried rosemary
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 250 g tzatziki (ready-made)

Instructions

    Let the fish sticks thaw slightly. Wash the zucchini, trim ends and cut into ~1 cm thick slices. Wash the pepper, quarter it, remove seeds and strip off white membranes, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel onions, quarter lengthwise and separate into individual pieces.

    Cut each fish stick in half lengthwise into equal parts. Alternate threading fish stick pieces, zucchini, pepper, and onion onto 8 skewers. Season with salt, pepper, and rosemary.

    Brown the skewers in hot oil for about 12 minutes, turning occasionally; serve with tzatziki.
