Fish Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe Mango
  • 300 g tuna (very fresh)
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 1 small blue onion
  • 0.5 bunch parsley (chopped)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • tortilla chips

Instructions

    Cut the tuna into small cubes and marinate with lemon juice, let sit.

    Peel the mango, slice from one side toward the pit in 0.5 cm thick slices, flip and cut from the other side to the pit; repeat for remaining fruit. Dice the flesh.

    Wash the chili pepper, slit lengthwise, deseed, remove white membrane, and finely dice. Peel the onion, halve it, and dice finely.

    Combine mango, onion, chili, and marinated tuna; let rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, season, fold in parsley, and serve over tortilla chips.
