Ingredients
- 250 g Feta
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- 120 ml olive oil
- 2 green peppercorns
- 1.5 tbsp fennel seeds
- 0.5 bunch Parsley
- 2 tbsp black olives
Instructions

Crush the sheep cheese with a fork, mixing in the lemon juice and olive oil.

Finely chop the fennel seeds. Halve the peppercorns, remove the seeds, wash and finely chop them; mix both into the cheese.

Tear parsley leaves from the stems, wash them, and decorate the cheese with olives. Serve with baguette.
