Fish Gratin

Ingredients

  • 800 g thick fish fillet (e.g., sea bass)
  • olive oil (for greasing the dish)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Sea salt
  • ground pepper
  • 1 handful basil
  • 300 g cherry tomatoes (red and yellow)
  • 125 g mozzarella
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 200°C fan-forced.

    Rinse the fish, pat dry, and cut into eight strips. Place in a greased gratin dish. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Rinse the basil, shake dry, pluck the leaves, and scatter over the fish. Wash, trim, and halve the tomatoes; distribute them over the fish. Drain the cheese and slice it. Arrange on top of the gratin, season again, sprinkle parmesan, and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
