Ingredients
- 500 g cream cheese
- 300 g tomatoes
- 2 tbsp chives rolls
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Avocado
- 1 pack pumpernickel (or rye bread)

Boil the tomatoes, peel them, quarter and remove seeds, then roughly chop. Dice 2 tbsp finely and set aside; puree the rest.

Mix cream cheese with 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt, pepper, and pureed tomatoes; fold in chives rolls and diced tomatoes; season to taste.

Halve the avocado, remove the pit, peel it, slice thinly, and immediately drizzle with remaining lemon juice.

Place half of the pumpernickel slices on top of the avocado slices, spread the tomato cream over them, then cover with the remaining pumpernickel slices.

Cut into small cubes for serving.
