Filled Shell Pasta with Ground Beef Sauce for the Thermomix®

Filled shell pasta with ground beef sauce for the Thermomix® is always delicious.

Ingredients

  • 400 g ripe tomatoes (4 ripe tomatoes)
  • 250 g shell pasta (Conchiglie)
  • Salt
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 6 sprigs Mint
  • 20 g Coriander (1 bunch)
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
  • 300 g Ground Beef
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Briefly blanch tomatoes in boiling water, remove, rinse cold, peel skins, halve, trim stems and place in the mixing bowl.

    Peel garlic. Wash mint and coriander, shake dry and add with oil, vinegar, tomato paste, cumin, salt and pepper to the mixing bowl and cook 5 min / 100°C / level 2.

  3. 3.

    Meanwhile cook pasta according to package instructions in boiling salted water until al dente.

  4. 4.

    Set 12 min / 100°C / reverse / level 2, remove measuring cup and gradually add ground beef through the lid opening. Reinsert measuring cup and finish cooking.

    Drain shell pasta in a colander and fill with hot ground beef sauce.
