Ingredients
- 10 eggs
- 1 tbsp Crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 0.5 tsp sharp mustard
- 0.5 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt
- ground pepper
- Chives
- green, pitted olives
- red paprika strips
- Keta caviar
- smoked salmon strips
- cooked shrimp
Instructions

Boil the eggs in water for 10 minutes until hard-boiled, drain and cool, peel and cut lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and strain through a fine sieve. Mix with crème fraîche, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Fill a piping bag fitted with a star tip and pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.

Serve garnished with chives, olives, paprika, caviar, salmon strips and shrimp as desired.
