Ingredients
- 2 salad cucumbers
- 200 g smoked trout
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp sprouting oil
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

Peel the salad cucumbers, cut them lengthwise in half, use a small spoon to remove the seeds and hollow out a bit.

Finely chop the trout and salmon or pulse briefly in a food processor; season with crème fraîche, 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Fill the hollowed cucumber halves with the mixture and reassemble the pieces.
