Figs with Ham and Goat Cheese

Ingredients

  • 300 g arugula
  • 75 g Parma ham
  • 80 g goat cheese (roll)
  • 8 fresh figs
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Wash and trim the arugula, removing tough stems, then dry it by spinning.

  2. 2.

    Arrange the arugula and Parma ham on four plates. Slice the goat cheese thinly and distribute over the plates as well.

    Wash the figs, pat them dry, quarter them, and scatter over the salad.

  4. 4.

    Squeeze half a lemon. Peel and finely dice the shallot, then mix with 3 tbsp lemon juice and honey. Stir in the oil, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle over the salad.
