Ingredients

  • 150 g arugula
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 4 tbsp grape seed oil
  • Salt
  • black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 40 g freshly grated Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds

Instructions

    Wash and dry the arugula, tear into bite‑sized pieces if necessary, and let drain. Transfer to a bowl.

    Grate the lemon zest and squeeze out the juice. Whisk together with honey and oil, then season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over the arugula, sprinkle parmesan on top, and finish with pomegranate seeds.
