Ingredients
- 500 g ripe figs
- 80 g sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 400 ml heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar
- 65 g amaretti cookies
- 2 tbsp honey

Wash the figs and cut them into four pieces; simmer in a pot with sugar and lemon juice for about 2 minutes. Warm 100 ml of cream with vanilla sugar, then mix with the figs. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Whip the remaining cream until stiff peaks form and fold it into the cooled fig mixture. Gently crumble the amaretti cookies and fold them in with honey.
