Fig and Mozzarella Salad

Ingredients
- 2 balls of mozzarella
- 150 g mixed leafy greens (e.g., oak leaf, arugula, frisée, spinach)
- 100 g Parma ham (sliced)
- 8 figs
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper
- chervil for garnish
Instructions

Wash, clean, and cut salad leaves into bite‑size pieces. Arrange on plates.

Halve the figs and place them on the salad.

Slice mozzarella and arrange it with Parma ham on top of the salad.

Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, and honey; season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over the salad and serve garnished with chervil.
