Ingredients

  • 250 g spaghetti
  • 3 tomatoes (ripe)
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 1 blue onion
  • 1 garlic clove (to taste)
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 can tuna (in natural water)
  • 50 ml vegetable broth (or white wine)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Cook the pasta according to package instructions in plenty of salted water until al dente. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stem and dice them. Rinse the chilies, optionally remove seeds and membranes, then slice into rings.

    Dice the onion. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat the oil and sauté onions, garlic and chili rings; pour in broth and bring to a boil once. Add tomatoes and heat through.

    Drain the tuna, break it up roughly and add it as well. Drain the pasta and divide into two bowls, spoon the sauce over, season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
