Ingredients
- 250 g lamb's lettuce
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 5 tbsp walnut oil
- 0.5 tsp mustard
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tsp apple juice concentrate
- 1 Garlic clove
- shallots
- 300 g Turkey breast fillet
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 50 g walnut kernels

Wash, rinse, and dry the salad.

Whisk together vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, and apple juice concentrate; beat in the oil with a whisk, peel and press the garlic.

Peel and finely chop the shallots. Slice the turkey fillet into strips.

Heat butter and olive oil in a pan, quickly sauté the turkey strips while stirring, add shallots and cook briefly, then remove from heat and set aside.

Toss lamb's lettuce and walnuts with the dressing, plate, and top with warm turkey strips. Serve with baguette.
